You have just purchased a Salinas Mattress, one of the finest made. It is our intention to provide the highest quality comfort, product and customer service possible. We are so confident in the quality of our workmanship and the materials we use, that we offer up to a 10-year warranty and service agreement. Salinas Mattress Company guarantees your satisfaction, or within the first 60 days will refund your money less a pick up and restocking fee.

30 NIGHT REST TEST

We ask that you allow one to two weeks for your body to adjust to your new bed before requesting an adjustment. It is not uncommon to experience slight discomfort initially as your body adjusts to and becomes familiar with your new bed. If however, you discover that your new bed is too firm or too soft, we can, within the first 30 days:

1. Rebuild your bed (one time) to adjust the firmness at no charge to you.
2. Exchange your bed for another model, and adjust the price accordingly.
3. Return your bed. Subject to restocking fee.

5 YEAR WARRANTY (1 year unconditional, 4 year prorated)

Your mattress is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years. If service is needed within the first year from date of purchase, Salinas Mattress Company will repair or replace your mattress at no charge to you. If service is required throughout the 2nd year through the 5th year, a charge of 1/5th of your purchase price times the number of years owned plus transportation costs will be required.

10 YEAR WARRANTY (5 year unconditional, 5 year prorated)

If service is required during the first five (5) years after purchase, your Salinas Mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced at our option, without charge, exclusive of transportation costs.

If service is required during the sixth (6th) through tenth (10th) year after purchase such repair or replacement will be made at a charge of 1/10th of your purchase price times the number of years owned, plus transportation costs.

If identical materials are not available at the time of service, Salinas Mattress Company reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

10 YEAR WARRANTY (Unconditional)

If service is required during the life of the mattress (or up to 10 years) after purchase, your Salinas Mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced at our option, without charge to you, exclusive of transportation costs.

10 YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT

When warranty is not applicable but adjustments are needed, Salinas Mattress Company will rebuild your mattress and/or foundation for the cost of materials needed, labor, and transportation. For your convenience, we can usually schedule for same day service.

Warranty and service agreement does not apply if bedding, upon inspection by Salinas Mattress Company, is found to be soiled, or when product failure is due to any cause other than defective materials or workmanship.

Warranty on King and Queen sets apply only when used on a frame or bed rails that provide a rigid center support.

Warranty and service agreement apply only to the original purchaser.

Invoice must accompany warranty for all services rendered.
